The Dalles Kiwanis Steak Feed
Mark your calendars. The Kiwanis Annual Steak Feed is September 4, 2025
at Sorosis Park in The Dalles from 5:00 – 7:00 PM.
We hope you can join us for a delicious and locally sourced steak dinner, a friendly connection, and much more. A ticket entitles you to an 8 oz. sirloin steak, baked potato, coleslaw, roll, dessert and one drink. Children 12 and under accompanied by a ticket holder get a free hot dog, chips, dessert and drink.

Buy tickets at the Farmer’s Market on August 30. Limited availability for tickets at ticket booth on day of event
Tickets are also available for purchase at The Dalles Chamber of Commerce located at 404 W 2 nd St, The Dalles

All proceeds go towards our local programs that serve children of The Dalles and the Mid-Columbia Region. The list below is some of the local programs we support:
Key Club – mentor high school students in leadership and community service
Challengers Little League Picnic – baseball league for children with disabilities
District 21 Education Foundation – grants are provided to teachers who request funding for educational classroom projects and field trips
Community Backpack Program – bag of food provided to school children with food insecurity on Fridays for weekend consumption
PNW District Project:
“Kiwanis Doernbecher Children’s Cancer Program (KDCCP) – support for advanced training of physicians for the treatment of pediatric cancer at OHSUMt. Hood Kiwanis Camp – summer camp for adults with disabilities
The Dalles Art Center – scholarships for children’s summer art camp
And other community projects and programs such as Gary B. Honald Santa Fund, Salvation Army Bell Ringing, The Dalles Sister City, Meals on Wheels, and Klindt Cover Kiwanis Park.
